This reminded me of an article I read on halloween...

I reckon the Aussie worship at the shopping mall in the build up to Christmas and the consequent neglect of the poor until we’ve paid off the credit card are much more ‘satanic’ than allowing our kids to dress up as goblins

We need to work out what our father really cares about...

This is what Christmas means to me:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCNvZqpa-7Q

And as far as the upset over Happy Holidays, or Season's Greetings... what's the big deal? Unless you wear some kind of tattoo on your forehead, who's to know that you're a fanatical Christian (with a big 'C')? Personally, if someone says something nice at all to me I'm happy... they could say "have a rotten day and I hope your holiday season sucks, and if you're Christian I hope you choke". Accept nice wishes for what they are, expressions of goodwill. And stop whinging... I'm sure Christ doesn't like whingers.
Or propaganda spreading facebook lies...

Christmas is truly a celebration observed by only Christians. At the heart of Christmas is Christ, the Son of God, God made flesh, who chose to enter into His creation as a babe for the sole purpose of redeeming His own through the cross. This is what makes Christmas-- Christmas.

Though later in time this celebration has become, for many but not all, a Christ-less celebration, just a holiday observed, a time of giving, and a headache for some. It's a holiday without meaning, but they had observed it growing up and most continue to observe it with their families. Yes it may have become a tradition to eat certain foods, to gather with family and exchange gifts. But it is still a meaningless holiday, these folks may call it Christmas, but its truly meaningless without Christ, and is nothing more then just another day.

Christmas without Christ is not Christmas at all, but a fake holiday that today is pushed by companies that encourage you to buy their products. If Saint Nick were alive, whom may have been a Christian, he would have been repulsed a Christless Christmas.
