Pop Culture is everywhere. We just acknowledge it. Christ and Pop Culture is an attempt to discuss and think rightly about the common knowledge of our age. 
Fallout 3, by and large, doesn’t make the rewards that different for differing moral choices. I mean, there are definitely reward differences and sometimes good choices will get you the rad gear and sometimes evil choices will. And unless you’re using a walkthrough, you won’t know which is which until you make your choice. Additionally there are some story differences based on your decision-making.
For a game that doesn’t seem to reward moral choices at all, I vote for The Witcher. I haven’t played all the way through (I re-upped WoW partway through the game and WoW takes precedent for sure), but while your choices are very important to the game, they don’t seem to reward you with better gear, better power-ups, or with anything that will make gameplay easier. Instead, the story direction seems to change fairly dramatically based on your decisions. You become friends and alienate people based on things you do (things that might not even overtly involve them). To me, that was a fantastic addition to the game. I only wished that the game was better. (Though graphically superior in many respects, the whole time I kept wishing that it was using the WoW engine—essentially wishing that I was playing this amazing single-player version of WoW.)
