We seem to forget that liberty involves self-government and not necessarily being sheltered from all risk and potential failure. Holding on to the latter over the former is a sign of a people in decline. I think President Obama does need to get a handle on how to be a party leader as an executive (very different from being a Senator). Obviously not as an eReader which it was clearly never intended to be, but as convenient portable internet. I won't get one because well, think of all the books I could buy for that much, but still.
